Wes Metheney, a West Virginia native, was born, raised and educated in Morgantown, Monongalia County, West Virginia, and has been trying complex legal cases throughout the state and surrounding states for more than 28 years.  Wes Metheney handles civil, criminal, and domestic cases at both trial court level and appellate levels. 

Wes Metheney handles all types of personal injury cases from catastrophic injuries to minor injuries resulting from fender benders.  Each case, regardless of its size, is treated with utmost importance.

Wes Metheney has successfully handled personal injury and wrongful death cases, resulting from medical malpractice by doctors, hospitals, nursing homes and other health care providers, and severe injuries resulting from motor vehicle crashes, involving automobiles, tractor trailer rigs, motorcycles, and recreational vehicles.

Wes Metheney has also successfully litigated cases against major manufacturers of medical products and cases involving injuries arising from industrial sites and other work place locations.

Wes Metheney has been quite successful in pursuing sexual abuse cases against school boards wherein their employees or teachers have sexually abused their young students.
